Privacy Policy

We take your privacy very seriously. The information you provide will be held under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679. By subscribing to our newsletter you agree to receive transactional and promotional emails from us. You can withdraw or change your promotional emails preferences anytime via the "Unsubscribe" link in your email. We also do not share your data with any third parties, unless necessary for fulfilling your order. 

Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction with the crystals purchased from us lies at the core of our business. We always aim to photograph and describe all products most accurately, we do not improve the colours of the photos, and we only accept minor improvements, such as sharpening a photo or resizing. Therefore you can always expect to see the stones exactly the way they are. Please note, however, that different monitor settings MAY show different colours, which is a normal thing.

In an unlikely event that you would be unsatisfied with your item, we will be happy to take it back and issue a full refund. Just send it back packaged carefully within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued not more than 48 hours after we receive undamaged items. If the refund is a result of our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

 We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and special shipping may need to be organized. This applies to very heavy orders (above 5kg) and orders of high value (above 200 euro). If your order falls under any of these categories, we will contact you to agree on the best shipping option.

We will ship within 3 working days of receiving your order, but usually the next day. We use An Post National Irish Postal Service. We will post your order with standard post, unless you purchase a shipping upgrade that is a fixed price of 7 Euro. You will easily find this option in our main menu. Rocky Road Minerals has no control over packages once they leave our premises, therefore we can take no responsibility for packages lost or significantly delayed in the standard shipping process, but we will always do all we can to assist you if any problems occur. We will only be able to issue refunds if a package with a shipping upgrade was lost. Should you have any questions or doubts regarding shipping, please contact us: minerals4444@gmail.com.

If you were overcharged for shipping while placing orders in our three shops, we will refund anything above 1 Euro within 7 days of placing the orders. If you were undercharged- we will contact you to agree on the best solution.

If you would like your shipping combined, please place your orders not longer than 1 hour apart from each other and inform us about it in a message. We work fast, so if you place orders in different shops a few hours apart from each other, your first order might be already packed and even shipped.

The delivery times are usually as follows:

Ireland:1 to 4 business days

European Union: 2 to 8 working days

Rest of Europe: 2 to 12 working days

Asia and Oceania: 7 to 30 working days

USA, Canada and Australia: 5 to 21 working days

Rest of the world: 7 to 40 working days.

Please note that during busy times, such as the Christmas season, shipping may take a little longer. If your order takes longer to arrive, we would like to ask for a bit of patience- it will probably be just a little late. We find the Irish Postal Service very reliable and secure (as for January 2018 we have only had 1 package lost).

Please be advised that the shipping rates for items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any item can be found on its detail page. There is extra weight needed to account for the packaging used. We will do our best to keep your shipping cost as low as possible, which may sometimes require sending two separate packages (we will always contact you first to confirm if this is good for you).

Standard international shipping rates are as follows:

 Zone 1 - Ireland and Northern Ireland

 

 Zone 2 - Great Britain 

 Zone 3 - Europe

 

 Zone 4 - Rest of World

 

 

Customers are responsible for paying all import taxes, duty fees and other fees relating to buying a product from Ireland, if such apply.
